Segcorr Ltd. maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Segcorr Ltd. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Definition
In these conditions-
“the company“ means Segcorr Limited.
“customer or users” means the purchaser of goods or services
2. Constitution of contract
2.1. By purchasing products from the online course, the customer agrees to the terms of purchase as listed herein. No other conditions, whether contained in the customer’s documentation or otherwise shall be binding on the company unless the company specifically agrees to them in writing.
2.2. No variation of any written contract shall be binding upon the company unless it is in writing and signed by the company.
2.3 No statement, recommendation, figure, advice, formula, specification, illustration, diagram, price list, dimension, weight, performance estimate, drawing, or any other representation given by the company to the customer shall form part of the contract or be construed as a representation inducing the contract unless contained in writing.
3. Use of Site
3.1. Segcorr Ltd. provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news, and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”).
3.2. Segcorr Ltd. authorizes each customer to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that the customer make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. 3.3. The customer may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them.
3.4. The customer will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity.
3.5. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
4. Price
4.1. The price listed shall not, unless otherwise specified, include any taxes, surcharges, or other government or municipal charges or duties.
4.2. Prices listed are valid for the quantities and time limits indicated only.
5. Payment
The company does not extend credit to the customer, goods must be paid for in full, prior to access to the Materials.
6. Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed and paid for, delivery shall be via access to the online course Materials only, no other materials or access will be provided.
7. Cancellation and returns
Orders in respect of the online Course Materials may not be returned and shall not be subject to reimbursement following the purchase of the Materials by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. In no event will Segcorr Ltd., its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from not completing the course, interruption of services, or inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites liked to this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.2. If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.

As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other test preparation company and the Site and Materials are solely for the purpose of increasing your learning.

Segcorr Ltd. has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control, and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. 12. Indemnity
The customer hereby indemnifies the Company against all claims, damages, costs, and expenses sustained or incurred by the company through any infringement of a patent, design, copyright, misuse, or incorrect use of the product or intended purpose.
13. Jurisdiction and Choice of Law
13.1. The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13.2. The parties hereto hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13.3. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
13.4. Segcorr Ltd. may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
The Terms are effective as of 12th October 2021 and are subject to change without notice by Segcorr Ltd. at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
